Who can access Telehealth?
Anybody in Australia can schedule a Telehealth appointment for Chiropractic with our clinic. Due to us just starting out and not being familiar with the health regulations of other countries, we cannot offer appointments for people outside of Australia but we’re working hard on adding more locations.
What do I need?
All you need is a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone with camera and microphone. We realise that some people are more tech savvy than others and we are more than happy to talk through everything with you over the phone to assist you with setting you up. What does a chiropractic Telehealth session look like?
Obviously we cannot adjust you or provide soft tissue treatment but otherwise having a Telehealth appointment with us is not much different to seeing us in person. Your therapist can assess you by talking to you and they will also ask you to perform certain movements so they can assess what is going on with you. With all the information gathered, they can then diagnose, make a prognosis and prescribe an exercise program that you will be able to do at home to assist you in your recovery. We use an online program called PhysiTrack, which will provide you with exercise programs that we customise for you as well as provide educational material and we can also track your progress from this app. Again, all you have to do is download the app and we will email you a unique link to access your program.
